In addition to the Dutch Forwarding terms and conditions the Additional Conditions of De Jong Total Cargo International BV are applicable In case of contradictions between the Dutch Forwarding terms and conditions and the Additional Conditions the Additional Conditions are decisive. The legal relationships between clients and De Jong Total Cargo International BV is governed by Dutch law and any and all disputes shall be settled exclusively by the competent court in Rotterdam. All orders accepted by De Jong Total Cargo International BV are performed under rejection of any terms and conditions that client may wish to impose. De Jong Total Cargo International BV is not liable for custom duties, charges et cetera. All orders accepted by De Jong Total Cargo International B.V. are performed under rejection of any terms and conditions that client may wish to impose. To all orders given by De Jong Total Cargo International BV Dutch law and the General Transport Conditions of De Jong Total Cargo International BV always apply. For any and all disputes between De Jong Total Cargo International BV and the subcontractor the court of Rotterdam is not-exclusively competent. Any terms and conditions which the subcontractor wish to impose are rejected.
